Hi, I’m a young registered nurse turned online entrepreneur, passionate about helping fellow nurses create more freedom in their lives.
After experiencing the reality of back-to-back 12-hour shifts, limited annual leave, and the emotional toll that comes with bedside care, I knew there had to be another way to use my skills without sacrificing my wellbeing. I started my online business not just to build additional income, but to build a life that allows time for rest, family, travel, and personal growth.
Now, I use my platform to inspire and educate nurses who feel overworked and undervalued showing them that it’s possible to step beyond traditional hospital roles and create flexible, life-balanced careers online.
My mission is simple: empower nurses to reclaim their time, increase their income, and design a career that supports both their passion for helping others and their own quality of life.

I was a nurse for over 10 years.
Long shifts. Nights. Weekends.
Missed milestones. Constant exhaustion.
I loved caring for people.
But I didn’t love what the job was doing to my life.
After becoming a mum, I realised I couldn’t keep trading time for a payslip forever. I wanted more time with my family. More flexibility. More choice.
I never imagined I could earn from a laptop.
I believed hard work had to mean physical work.
But burnout made me look for another way.
I built an online business alongside nursing. No cold messaging. No pretending. Just a real product and a system that works.
Over time, I reduced my hours and created income that isn’t tied to shifts.
That’s why I created Beyond The Shift for nurses, busy mums and professionals who know they want more than 12-hour shifts and burnout.
I’m now preparing to retire from nursing and step fully into this next chapter.
